No. In many countries, a lab doesn’t have the right to disclose hiv positive results to anybody apart from the tested individual himself or to any official for legal or government related reasons. Because, in our society having HIV is not considered good and the victim is discriminated, what ever the cause of HIV positive be. Hence, as an individual’s right to live freely, the action is not allowed
