Case about quality failure: This happened in late 2010 in Medcare hospital In Dubai.They were having issue with poor management of medical data. They process their data in their own inhouse software and it got collapsed on their server system due to some viral attack. This results in damage of almost all their medical records and the couldnt able to retreive them. This was reported to be negligent quality failure from a leading healthcare firm in Middle east.
