Measuring the effectiveness of training programs consume large amount of money and time but measuring effectiveness of training is very important to understand the future results .
Training programs may be failed due to lack of required factors to be trained.Basically training are conducting when new technologies take place ,new employee appointment ,organizational change etc.
Evaluating outcomes on results level concern for organizational productivity,sales revenue and efficiency.
