Both Jack and Rachel agree on a date (February 1, 2018 – the date of the wedding) and they also agree on a price ($2000.00 for 4 hours of music). A week before the wedding, Rachel calls Jack and tells him that she is sorry but her band received another offer to play on February 1, 2018 for another wedding and her band would be paid $500.00 more. Jack tells Rachel that he will pay her the extra $500.00 if she keeps her date for his daughter’s wedding.
