An initial startup team should be created considering the following factors:
Like-minded people who are willing to burn their mid night oil to get the wheels rolling.
None of your co-founders should have the same strength as anybody else.
Somebody should be an out and out sales guy, a technical guy and an operations guy.
All should be willing to spend proportional amount of time giving priority to this startup.
The team should own the idea.
