You will plan a menu for 300 attendees. Your menu must include:
- Breakfast
- Morning break
- Lunch
- Afternoon break
- Reception
- Dinner
- Determine the service style for each meal function (i.e. plated, buffet, action station, etc.)
- Please list what items will be on the menu for each meal, including beverages.
- Prepare a budget for the menu selected. I want to see how much each meal is (for example breakfast is $5.95 per person x 300 = $1785.00) and then total the full menu
