You will plan a menu for 300 attendees. Your menu must include:

1. Breakfast
2. Morning break
3. Lunch
4. Afternoon break
5. Reception
6. Dinner

• Determine the service style for each meal function (i.e. plated, buffet, action station, etc.)
• Please list what items will be on the menu for each meal, including beverages.
• Prepare a budget for the menu selected. I want to see how much each meal is (for example breakfast is $5.95 per person x 300 = $1785.00) and then total the full menu
