.This problem introduces a hash function that operates onletters. It is called the toy tetragraph hash (tth). Given amessage consisting of a sequence of letters, tth produces a hashvalue consisting of four letters. First, tth divides the messageinto blocks of 16 letters, ignoring spaces, punctuation, andcapitalization. If the message length is not divisible by 16, it ispadded out with character X. A four-number running total ismaintained that starts out with the value (0, 0, 0, 0). Thefunction consists of two rounds.
