Question Description
This is the beginning of the Diversity Case Project, which will have various steps due throughout the course.
The objective of this project is to identify a resolved critical incident and, as a group, analyze another group’s incident and develop alternative solutions to solve the problem.

Each Group member should perform individual research to find at least one resolved suitable incident for this project.
