Party Program Specifications
1. Create a Party class
a. Define the elements that will be part of this class, Guests,Date as String, Time
as String (do not use the pre-defined classes for Date andTime)
b. Define a default constructor that will initialize data/guestelements to default
values: 50 guests and 6:00 PM time
c. Define an overloaded constructor to initialize guests andtime using values
passed as parameters.
d. Define the data (methods) to set the values for dataelements
e. Define the methods to retrieve (get) that data elements
2. Create TestParty class to Test the Party class
a. Define a Reference for myBDay / Allocate memory
