Write a program that allows the user to enter the lastnames of several candidates in a local election and the votesreceived by each candidate. The program should then output eachcandidate’s name, votes received by that candidate, and thepercentage of the total votes received by the candidate. Yourprogram should also output the names of the winner of the election.Assume that no candidates have the same number of votes. Make sureno candidates have the same last name. A sample output is afollows:
