Design a counter that counts in the following sequence0-2-1-3. Design and verify the operation of the2-bit forward counter utilizing JK flipflops in T flip flop configuration. The input equation ofthe 2-bit counter that can count both forward/revers(depends on U) are given below. Modify theseequations as per your design to implement a Forward counteronly.
