White collar crime and it’s level of criticality generallyvaries and therefore the punishment level also varies to quite anextent which may lead to imprisonment, monetary penalty, communityservice, etc. I believe that the level of punishment depends on thecriticality of the crime and the impact it has on the organizationand therefore the penalties are generally sufficient and valid,although this depends on the decision of the organization solelyand therefore it can be considered as fair.
