If I was the CEO of a company, I wouldcreate the leadership culture within the company as a democraticleader by working along with the employees and allowing them toparticipate in the decision making process. The market is verycompetitive now and we require innovative ideas to createcompetitive advantage which is not possible with only few people.Everyone’s contribution is important and the current generation isvery talented in terms of innovation and creativity. Hence I wouldencourage everyone to share their ideas while taking importantbusiness decisions.
