Training is used to bridge the skill gaps available among the employees so that employees can perform their task and duties more effectively. It will improve the employee productivity, efficiency level and organizational goals. So, the training will solve one type of problem that related to the employees’ skills, coordination and team dynamics.
But, the training will not solve all the problems of the organization. Some of the problems, not solved by the training are as follows:
