JIT or just in time is a philosophy came from Japan with a sole purpose of increasing Business value by removing unnecessary things in the system and hence making the system Lean.

JIT basically means getting whatever you want whenever you need it rather than keeping it in stores. So as an operations manager I will follow this philosophy to remove wastes i.e. Muda and hence increase my business value. I will bring
