Customers arrive at a bank with Tria (2, 5, 10) inter-arrivaltimes (min.). There are four tellers in the bank: T1, T2, T3, andT4. The tellers are selected randomly. Each teller works 8.5 hours(9:00 AM- 5:30 PM) with 30 minutes break time. T1, T2, T3 and T4’sbreak hours start at 11:30; 12:00; 12:30 and, 13:00, respectivelyso that break times do not overlap. The process time of a tellerfollow Tria (15, 20, 15) minutes for the normal customers.
