At Juniper Computer Works, customers seldom complain becausecustomer service is a top priority.
However, recently the president of the company, Mr. WalterMarcellus, received a complaint in writing from a person who isdisabled. Mr. Marcellus knows that he not only must respond, butperhaps change policies and procedures in the company regardingserving the disabled in more appropriate ways. Mr. Marcellus hasasked for a focus group to be formed to give him advice on handlingthe complaint and what steps the company should take at thistime.
