Question Description

PEER 1:

Throughout this course I have learned quite a bit about notable Supreme Court cases and their impact on law enforcement officers. Continuing as a Diplomatic Security Officer, I will begin to use the concepts in searches and the numerous details that turn a warrantless or warranted legal search into an illegal search. As there are a few differences in the laws pertaining to diplomatic citizens rather than US citizens, I will continue to explore court rulings regarding these subtle differences.

PEER 2:

This course was a refreshing break from the usual “mold” in which I have grown accustomed to
