This competency will allow you to recognize and summarize an exampleof an effective team and synthesize the elements of a successful leader.

Instructions

Your boss has asked you to represent the organization byparticipating in an industry research panel on leadership. There is anexpectation that all participants submit required work before theinitial meeting.

Your job is to create an annotated bibliography that includes thetitles, authors, publishers, copyright dates, and short summaries of tentotal research articles. Each summary should be a minimum of onehundred words. Five of the articles should focus on team efficienciesand five on successful leadership.
