Part 2 will be a feasibility analysis of the proposed project.Broadly, the analysis should include a detailed description of theproject (Target market/population, Needs Assessment), what makes itan opportunity, an analysis of current and potential competition,needed/acquired resources for implementation, etc. It is ok toconclude that the proposed project is not worth pursuing (contactme if/when you come to this conclusion!).
