So who sets the organizational culture? is it set by the CEO andhis leadership team? Is it set by the managers who do the day today management? is it set by the workers, who actually do the work,or is it set by all of the above? I think it is basically set bythe CEO and his leadership team, who define the organizationalculture and pass it down thru the organization.
