You need to choose two organizations. First, choose an organization that shows positive examples of an OB-related phenomenon that you’re interested in. For example, if you are interested in the effective management of work-life balance, you need to identify an organization which has managed the issue effectively and positively. Or you may choose an organization without a phenomenon in mind and then identify its positive practices as you investigate the organization.
